size of the item and whether setup upon delivery is required for your item.

What is "White Glove Delivery & Assembly Service" and which items qualify?
"White Glove Delivery & Assembly Service" means that the items will be
assembled for you, brought to the area or room of choice, unwrapped,
inspected, and all packing materials will be taken away.

• Qualifying items will say "Available for White Glove Delivery & Assembly Service" on the product detail page.
• Delivery is by appointment only, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (local time). The delivery service will call to arrange the soonest delivery date based on your availability and transit time.

Full refunds will be issued for items when it's returned in its original condition
with a receipt dated within 90 days from purchase. Some items can't be
returned to a Target Store and will require a package pick up. To see if your

requires a pick up for return, please contact Target.com Guest Services at
1.800.591.3869 and mention Smith & Hawken White Glove Delivery Return to

About Your Smith & Hawken® Premium Teak Furniture
A once-in-a-lifetime purchase, teak is the premium wood of choice for outdoor living. It's
one of the few things that actually gets better with age, curing to a soft gray. Each piece is crafted using one of the oldest and strongest methods of joinery, mortise-and-tenon,
ensuring it's built to last for several generations. Through this combination of materials
and craftsmanship, our teak collections are designed to withstand the elements. Premium
teak requires minimal care and is virtually impervious to rotting, splitting and buckling.

We treat the end cuts of our teak furniture with a protective lacquer to impede checking
as the wood weathers. This opening of the grain results from changes in temperature and humidity; it is a natural process that does not affect structural integrity. The lacquer will
wear off gradually or you may remove it by sanding lightly.


Caring for Your Teak with Protector, Patinizer or Cleaner
The natural characteristics of teak wood lend themselves to color variations. These
variations are considered a natural characteristic of teak wood and are not a defect.

If you choose, you can maintain the original, honey color of your teak furniture by
applying a teak protector on new (or newly cleaned) teak. Should you prefer weathered teak, we recommend a teak patinizer to retain the silvery-gray color while preventing the formation of lichens and mold.

Lichen and airborne molds may gain a foothold over time, particularly if the furniture is
placed out of direct sunlight. Washing with an oil-based wood soap, like a teak cleaner,

We do not recommend painting or varnishing teak furniture. Paint may not adhere
properly due to teak's high oil content, and varnish requires constant maintenance to

Caring for Your Tools
After use, always clean the tool(s) with a lightly oiled cloth to remove any dirt. Doing so
will allow the tool(s) to remain looking new. Avoid using a damp cloth as this could lead to corrosion.

Keep tool(s) in a dry, cool area and always store them standing up, preferably in a tool rack.

Cushion Care & Cleaning
Sunbrella® fabrics should be cleaned regularly before substances such as dirt and food particles are allowed to accumulate on and become embedded in the fabric.

General or light cleaning

• Brush off any loose dirt.
• Prepare a cleaning solution of 2 ounces (1/4 cup) mild soap per gallon of

lukewarm water (less than 100F/38C).

• Use a sponge or a soft bristle brush to clean.
• Allow cleaning solution to soak into fabric.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
• Allow fabric to air dry.

Spot cleaning

• Apply a light mist of our recommended cleaning solution using a spray bottle.
• Work the solution into the stain by lightly scrubbing the area with a

sponge or very soft bristle brush.

• Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
• Blot excess moisture with a clean, soft towel or sponge.
• Wet-vacuum or blot excess water.
• Repeat these steps until stain is removed.

Heavy cleaning for stubborn stains and mildew Sunbrella fabric does not promote mildew growth; however, mildew may grow on dirt
and other foreign substances that are not removed from the fabric. to clean mildew, or
other stubborn stains:

• Prepare a solution of 8 ounces (1 cup) of bleach and 2 ounces (1/4 cup)
  of mild soap per gallon of clean water.
• Spray on entire area and allow to soak into the fabric.
• Scrub vigorously with a soft bristle brush, sponge, or clean towel.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
• Allow fabric to air dry. If stain and/or mildew are severe, bleach quantities
  may be increased.

For removable Sunbrella fabric umbrella and cushion covers
Machine wash in cold water (less than 100F/38C). Depending on wash load size, use
normal amounts of mild laundry soap and add 1 cup of bleach. Allow fabric to air dry.

Smith & Hawken® Premium Teak® Furniture Limited Lifetime
Warranty

Coverage

Target® warrants the select products to be free of defects in the material and
workmanship for the lifetime of the select product for the original owner.

"Defects" as used in this warranty is defined as - imperfections which impair the
utility of the product or affect the structural integrity of the product.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of teak, furniture or to checking (fine cracks that appear on surface of teak wood or ends, once product is exposed to the elements). Checking is completely normal and does not impair the utility of the product. Natural wood products can have color and grain variations, and are not considered a "Defect" under warranty.

This limited warranty applies to conditions of normal residential use, but does not
apply to intentional damage, negligence, excessive wear and tear, or unreasonable
use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligent use,
unauthorized repairs, damage caused by customer's own umbrellas, infestation, fire,
negligence, hurricanes, tornados, floods, typhoons, cyclones, wind damage and
other acts of nature.

If you find a defect in material or workmanship, we will replace the defective item at
no cost to you and at Target's option: with the identical item, a similar item or a
Target GiftCard® for the original purchase amount.

The warranty is only valid in the contiguous United States on Smith & Hawken teak
furniture purchased from Target.com after January 1, 2011.

Disclaimer

The remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and, to the extent allowed
by applicable law, are in lieu of all other remedies, warranties, or representations,
express or implied or statutory, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all other obligations and
liabilities, whether in contract or in tort, all of which are expressly disclaimed herein.
In no event shall Target be liable for special or consequential or other damages.

The terms of this warranty may change without notice, but will not be changed in a
way that eliminates your original warranty

Remedy and Claim Procedure

For warranty inquiries or claims, please call Target Guest Service at 1-800-591-3869.
Claims must be submitted with proof of purchase from Target.com, photographs
and description of the product defect and a physical mailing address to Target (at
guest's expense) so that Target can determine the extent of the defect and it's most
efficient resolution.

Guest Service will review all the information and will contact the guest if the claim is
approved or not approved. If the claim is approved, Guest Service will replace the
defective item, at Targets option: with an identical or similar item or a Target
GiftCard® for the original purchase amount.

No returns will be authorized beyond ninety (90) days after purchase of
merchandise. After 90 days, the item will be treated as under warranty, unless any
exclusion(s) apply. The terms and conditions of Target's return policy are available
on Target.com.

Your Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights,
which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusions and
limitations on incidental and consequential damages or the limitations on implied
warranties, so the described limitations may not apply to you. However, proper care
