ENTRY PERIODS: Sweepstakes begins 12:00 a.m. (Midnight) Pacific Time ("PT") on April 3, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on July 30, 2011 ("Sweepstakes Period"). There are four (4) separate drawing periods ("Drawing Periods") within the Sweepstakes Period, as defined below:

TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: A Sweepstakes "Entry" is created when an established "Account User", who is also eligible to enter the Sweepstakes completes a "Product Review" at http://www.target.com ("Website") during the Sweepstakes Period. To complete a Product Review, go online to http://www.target.com, select the product you wish to review and follow the online instructions to either log into your user account if you are an existing Account User, or establish a free user account by completing the registration. Follow the instructions to complete and submit a Product Review. Sponsor reserves the right not to post your review for any reason, including, but not limited to, if it contains any of the following types of content or violates other guidelines:
Once all required steps are completed/submitted as specified herein and directed by the online instructions, you will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be completed, submitted and recorded by the Entry End Time/Date of the applicable Drawing Period, to be included in that Drawing Period. Eligible entries WILL NOT be rolled over to subsequent Drawing Periods. Limit ten (10) Entries per person/ per email address/ per Drawing Period, regardless of entry method. Multiple reviews of the same product are not valid. "SPAM" or fraudulent Product Reviews will not be posted and all entries from said user will be void. Entrants may not submit Product Reviews with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any device or artifice to submit Product Reviews multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to submit Product Reviews with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to submit Product Reviews multiple times will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes, and all Product Reviews submitted by that entrant will be void.
TO ENTER WITHOUT COMPLETING A PRODUCT REVIEW: To enter the Sweepstakes without completing a Product Review (a "Non-Product Review Entry"), on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, hand print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address, plus daytime and evening telephone number. Mail entry in a hand addressed, business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Target Product Review Sweepstakes, PO Box 15125, Dept. H140023, White Bear Lake, MN 55115-5125. Each Non-Product Review Entry must be received by the Entry End Time/Date of the applicable Drawing Period, to be included in that Drawing Period. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible or incomplete entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged delayed, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received by entry deadline. Limit one (1) Non-Product Entry per stamped envelope and a maximum of thirty (40) Entries throughout the Sweepstakes Period, not to exceed ten (10) Entries per Drawing Period, regardless of entry method.
RANDOM DRAWINGS: There will be a total of four (4) random prize drawings, one drawing following each Drawing Period. The prize drawings will take place on or about 05/06/11, 06/08/11, 07/07/11 and 08/08/11. The prize drawings will be made from all eligible entries received by the applicable Entry End Time/Date of the applicable Drawing Period. Non-winning entries in one Drawing Period WILL NOT be rolled over to subsequent Drawing Periods. All random drawings will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Prize Winners may be notified by email, phone and/or mail. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize, but Sponsor reserves right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. If a winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner's parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
PRIZE/ODDS: Four (4) Prize winners will each receive One (1) $500 Target GiftCard. Actual Retail Value (ARV): $500 each. GiftCard may be redeemed at any Target retail location or at Target.com. GiftCard can only be used for future purchases at Target retail locations or for online purchases at Target.com but CANNOT be used to pay already established credit balances. GiftCard may be used to pay online shipping charges, gift wrap, and/or taxes on purchases; and any remaining balance after any use will remain on the GiftCard. Expenses not stated are solely the winner's responsibility. If a winner cannot accept prize in accordance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be chosen. Odds of winning any drawing will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Drawing Period. Limit one (1) prize per person/email address. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,000. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
