Letters about Literature
Students across the country put pen to paper and express their experiences with all kinds of books - historical, fictional, new and old - for the Letters About Literature contest. Every year, the national winners receive Target GiftCardsSM, but each entrant gets a bigger reward: a richer understanding of how books can reach your very core.
National winners help select a school or public library to receive a Reading Promotion Grant from Target. The contest is held in partnership with The Center for the Book in the Library of Congress.
Get involved. Learn how to enter the Letters About Literature contest at www.read.gov/contests.
